My name is Estella, I am 27 years old.
I just moved back to Florida to reconnect with my family and go to school for my Bachelor's in Public Administration. I am an artist and writer. I love to paint, illustrate, write short stories, poems, and songs.
I went by Phillip since I was 18 and began testosterone at 19. I was living as a trans man for 8 years until my body began breaking down from the long term Testosterone use. Starting for health reasons I began de-transitioning in 2022. In 2023 I told my family I wanted to go by my birth name Estella.
I hope to share my story and debunk some of the lies that I was told when I was 18. One of those lies being that Testosterone will induce "male puberty". This is not accurate. I'd like women and girls to know that Virilization is a symptom of hormone imbalance, it is not "male puberty".
