All artwork and content (pictures and text) on the Metamorphosis 100 website are the sole property and copyright of Sarah Vaci and are legally protected by U.K. & international copyright laws.

Under no circumstance may you download, reproduce, publish or distribute elsewhere, in any medium, any of the images for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Sarah Vaci.

Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted.

Donations

Sarah Vaci’s Metamorphosis 100 welcomes donations from individuals. Please bear in mind that we have to keep a record of donors as part of our accounts. Many thanks for your contribution, small or large. All donations go towards supporting the work of Metamorphosis 100.

Information Sharing

We will not share your personal information with third-party organizations for marketing purposes. The security and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. Please be aware that, no security measures are perfect. 

We use third-party payment providers (Paypal/ Stripe, Ko-Fi) to process payments and therefore do not collect or process any payment information. We use a communications company, MailChimp, to process email communications to you. These service providers are committed to employing reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

Personal information collected via LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and other third-party services and platforms are used to share information with you which we consider to be of legitimate interest to you as a subscriber, member, associate of Sarah Vaci and the Metamorphosis 100 artwork.

Sarah Vaci aims to use persona data respectfully and when in contact with you, it is typically in relation to products and services such as events, news and reminders. Sar Vaci considers that we have a legitimate interest in using your personal information to do so because we believe that the information will be of interest to you, that telling you about it by email or post is a proportionate and reasonable way of informing you and that such communications are something you expect to receive from us from time to time and do not override any rights you have in relation to your personal information.
